Notes: Willis is the sweetest little old man. He has all the adorable “old man” qualities, grumpiness, grumbles, wobbles, and the cutest little gruffy bark. He prefers being carried everywhere and will demand to be lifted. He has cataracts that do not seem to be bothering him but should be monitored. He does need serious dental work. His family made the difficult decision to surrender him because they could not afford his medical care. He is “rescue only” so that he gets the health attention he needs.
