Notes: Koi was surrendered when her owner went into hospice care. The owner made the difficult decision to surrender her with her brother, Reptar, and sister, Junior. These three are all very close and we strongly prefer they go together or with at least one of their siblings. The owner was extremely upset to have to surrender them, but despite weeks of trying to rehome them was unsuccessful. It truly is a heartbreaking situation all around. Koi’s owner had nothing but good things to say about her. She is the gentle one. She prefers to keep the peace and is the last to bark. She is not snappy or needy. She is the perfect dog. 

Koi sounds like a dream! She may only be a wooden keychain; but there are plenty of real pups at shelters all over the U.S. that are just like him.  Please look up your local animal shelter and check out some dogs desperately seeking homes.
